1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the kkfbi platform — whether via kkfbi.app or any associated subdomain — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you (the user) and kkfbi with respect to your use of the platform and all services offered therein.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the kkfbi platform and must not register an account. kkfbi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform after any such modification shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Membership and use of the kkfbi platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. kkfbi reserves the right to request verification of any eligibility criterion at any time and to close accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. kkfbi does not permit use of the platform by individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as an individual and as the sole legal owner of the account you register. Corporate entities, syndicates, clubs, and associations may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of kkfbi is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously been excluded from kkfbi or had an account suspended or terminated by kkfbi for violation of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of kkfbi or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processing partners.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the kkfbi platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Each individual may register only one account on kkfbi. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must provide a valid mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, password recovery, and security notifications. You must notify kkfbi promptly if your registered mobile number changes.
• You must keep your account password confidential and must not share it with any third party. kkfbi will never ask for your password in any communication. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kkfbi immediately and change your password.
• kkfbi reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documentation may include government-issued identification and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Accounts that fail KYC will be restricted until verification is successfully completed.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date. kkfbi accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

kkfbi treats each registered account as the property and responsibility of the individual whose registration details it contains. Any financial transaction completed under your account credentials is considered authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it. This makes it essential to keep your login information secure at all times.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kkfbi platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the following terms. kkfbi processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupee (INR) depending on the currency selected at account registration. Players may not change their account currency after registration.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. kkfbi does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. kkfbi is not liable for delays in processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or local banking institutions.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, unless the player formally requests an alternative method and satisfies all applicable verification requirements. kkfbi reserves the right to impose additional KYC requirements before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited into your kkfbi account may not be transferred to other kkfbi accounts. Each account's balance is non-transferable and may only be used for betting and gaming activity on the kkfbi platform or withdrawn to the account holder's own verified payment method.
• kkfbi reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any transaction it deems suspicious, to delay processing pending the outcome of those checks, and to reverse any transaction found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kkfbi offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully completed the account registration process and whose accounts are in good standing. kkfbi reserves the right to withhold bonus awards from accounts under review or suspected of bonus abuse.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• kkfbi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus that has already been credited and for which wagering requirements are partially met will be subject to a pro-rated adjustment at kkfbi's discretion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without satisfying wagering requirements, or used in combination with other bonus offers unless the specific bonus terms explicitly permit such combination. Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are also subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kkfbi platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may apply in addition to these general terms and will be communicated within the relevant betting interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. kkfbi does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system, except in cases where the platform determines an obvious error has occurred in the published odds.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum scheduled duration has been completed, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned to the bettor's account, unless specific market rules published at the time of the event state otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. kkfbi reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual account on any market at its sole discretion.
• Where a bet is placed using odds that are clearly the result of a technical error, human error, or market data feed failure, kkfbi reserves the right to void the affected bets regardless of whether the outcome has been settled. Players who knowingly exploit erroneous odds will have their winnings voided.
• All cricket betting markets on kkfbi — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — follow standard cricket betting rules unless otherwise specified. Live in-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay; any bet submitted during a clear break in play or after a wicket has fallen but before the odds have updated may be voided at kkfbi's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kkfbi platform. Engaging in any of the actions described below may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or under any false, borrowed, or assumed identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or otherwise circumventing platform rules.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that artificially interacts with the kkfbi platform in a manner not consistent with normal human use, including but not limited to automated betting systems or game-playing bots.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes, sharing account access, or cooperating in any scheme designed to defraud kkfbi or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise. kkfbi cooperates fully with any lawful request from financial regulators or law enforcement authorities to report suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or betting systems to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. Any such winnings are void and must be returned.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any kkfbi staff member, customer support agent, or other player through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

kkfbi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by the email or mobile number registered to the account as soon as it is reasonably practicable to do so.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting kkfbi support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method after deducting any applicable bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements. kkfbi does not guarantee a specific timeframe for processing voluntary closure withdrawal requests but will make reasonable efforts to process them within 5 business days.

9. Responsible Gaming

kkfbi is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all registered players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or addressing personal or financial problems. kkfbi provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all account holders at any time through their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase will only take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure their account to display a reminder notification after a specified period of continuous gaming activity. This feature is designed to encourage regular breaks and mindful play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a temporary self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account will be fully suspended and no deposits will be accepted. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed once activated.

kkfbi applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and its servers. Your payment details are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment channels and are not stored on kkfbi servers in unencrypted form. kkfbi does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkfbi and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the kkfbi platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, even if kkfbi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kkfbi does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, kkfbi will make reasonable efforts to restore the platform to its correct state and to treat affected bets fairly, but accepts no liability beyond that obligation.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the kkfbi platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the property of kkfbi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the kkfbi platform without prior written authorisation from kkfbi.

13. Amendments to These Terms

kkfbi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kkfbi will update the effective date shown at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the kkfbi platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and kkfbi arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting kkfbi customer support. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the formal dispute resolution processes available under applicable law. kkfbi's decisions on all betting and gaming outcomes are final and binding, subject only to correction of demonstrated technical errors through the formal dispute process.
